Should you wish to use an outside caterer, both the Palace & the Royal Marquee are available on a hire only basis. Whether is be an Exhibition, Product Launch, Conference or a Private Function such as a wedding or birthday party. The Marquee is a hugely versatile and bespoke facility that allows you total autonomy in planning your event.

The Royal Marquee is available on a hire only basis throughout the year and has recently undergone an extensive renovation and refurbishment program, which includes new wall & roof lining, new flooring & carpet and new chandeliers with an extensive lighting system. Benefits of hiring also include no corkage fees and free on-site parking.

The venue also boasts integrated toilets and a recently refitted kitchen with brand new ovens, hot cupboards and general catering facilities to guarantee your caterer has all the tools required to produce the perfect cuisine for your event.

We welcome all external caterers to the venue, providing they have the relevant insurance and health & safety certificates.

The Palace is also available for hire on an exclusive basis which includes all elleven rooms on selected dates only (subject to availability) and also includes full use of the Palace kitchens.

All hire rates include tables & chairs but exclude crockery, cutlery, glassware, linen & staff.

Please note that the hire rates are only applicable if catering is provided by an external supplier – When catering is provided by Addington Palace, the relevant package rates apply.

Weekday Hire Rates (Monday – Thursday)

A Single Function –  to include a hire period of twelve hours inclusive of access, set-up, event and clear. i.e. 8am until 8pm.

A weekday Hire in 2012 will be charged at £5,750.00

Weekend Hire Rates (Friday – Sunday)

Single Function – £8,000.00

This hire package covers a hire period of twelve hours inclusive of access, set-up, event and clear. i.e. 8.00 am until 8.00 pm.

Double Function – £10,000.00

This hire Package includes early access for your caterers and other suppliers from 8.00am with your 12 hour hire period commencing on your guests arrival. This package is based on carriages at Midnight.

Dual Hires – Price available upon request

With the palatial splendour of the Palace hard to ignore, couples are increasingly looking to use the Palace for Civil Ceremonies, smaller Hindu ceremonies or for reception drinks and canapés on arrival of guests. With eleven stunning rooms, it is also ideal for photographs and as luxurious lounges for your guests to use throughout the day. Changing Rooms are also available on the first floor, a must for all Weddings! The Palace provides you with the flexibility of being used in conjunction with the Marquee and the various elements of the wedding celebrations. It is also perfectly suited for guests to retire to in-between the Blessing or Ceremony and the turnaround of the marquee venue for the evening reception. Alternatively, to simply impress your guests, it may be used merely on arrival as a stunning introduction to your day before entering the marquee.

For events of a Corporate nature, The Palace is often used as a registration area for Exhibitions and Conferences that take place in the Marquee as well providing the ideal location for breakout rooms and smaller seminars than require more privacy away from the main conference area. For Corporate Dinners and Charity Functions, the Great Hall lends itself to a Champagne and cocktail reception prior to the dinner commencing in the Royal Marquee. So whatever your corporate requirements you can rest assured that the Palace and Marquee provide the ultimate venue for your day.
